PMIC with integrated negative pressure charge pump and adjustable output LDO
The SLM5418 integrates a negative voltage output charge pump and an adjustable negative voltage linear regulator, providing an output equal to the negative reference voltage. The application design of SLM5418 does not require external inductors, only four external ceramic capacitors are needed to achieve a miniaturized and compact solution, reducing space and simplifying the design. The internal soft start circuit effectively reduces surge current during the startup process. Very suitable for various applications that require dual negative pressure output.
