SiLM9408/9409
24V, 1.2A dual H-bridge motor driver with independent half bridge control
SiLM9408/09 is a dual channel low saturation voltage forward/reverse motor driver suitable for 12V and 24V system voltages. SiLM9408/09 can drive two DC motors, or drive one DC motor in parallel, or drive stepper motors in full step and half step modes. Each H-bridge output consists of a pair of NFETs and PFETs, and its output can adjust the winding current. Using a suitable PCB design, at room temperature, each H-bridge output of SiLM9408/09 can achieve a continuous RMS current of 0.8A and support peak current output of up to 1.2A.
SiLM9408/09 provides internal shutdown protection functions such as undervoltage locking and over temperature. In addition, SiLM9408/09 has a low-power sleep mode.
