High speed low side gate drive with single channel 30V, 5A/5A high undervoltage protection threshold
SiLM27531H-AQ is a low side driver with an input power of up to 30V and a single channel output. It can effectively drive MOSFETs and IGBTs, and can effectively avoid short circuits in the driving circuit internally. SiLM27531H-AQ has rail to rail current driving capability and provides a very small delay of input and output as short as 21 ns. At a power supply voltage of 18V, the output has a pulling current and a filling current capacity of 5A.
