SiLM2660/61
High edge NMOS driver suitable for battery charging and discharging
SiLM2660/61 is a low-power, high side N-channel FET driver used for battery charging/discharging system control. The high edge protection function can prevent the grounding pin of the system from disconnecting, ensuring continuous communication between the battery pack and the host system. SiLM2660 has an additional PFET control output to allow low current pre charging of deeply discharged batteries, and also integrates battery PACK+voltage detection for host monitoring.
The independent enable input interface allows battery charging and discharging FETs to conduct and turn off respectively, providing reliability and design flexibility for battery system protection.
High side NFET driver with extremely short on and off time for quick battery protection.
The pre charged PFET driver provides current limited pre charging function for deeply depleted battery packs (only applicable to SiLM2660).
Independent enable control for charging and discharging.
A scalable charge pump based on external capacitors, suitable for parallel driving of multiple NFETs.
High input withstand voltage value (maximum 100V).
Configurable battery pack voltage detection function (only applicable to SiLM2660).
Support configurable universal and independent charging and discharging path management.
Low power consumption: Normal mode: 40uA; Standby mode: less than 10uA.
