Dual channel dead zone programmable 40V, 1A/4A isolated driver
The SLMi823x series is a dual channel dead zone programmable isolated driver with different configurations. The SLMi8230/3 is configured as a dual input, high/low half bridge driver, the SLMi8231/4 is configured as a single input, high/low half bridge driver, and the SLMi8232/5 is configured as a dual input, dual output driver. In addition, the peak output current of SLMi8230/1/2 is 1.0A, and the peak output current of SLMi8233/4/5 is 4.0A. And SLMi8230/1/3/4 provides programmable dead zone (DT) functionality. Raising the DIS pin will turn off both outputs simultaneously and allow normal operation when open or pulled low.
The maximum VDDA/B power supply voltage for all output drivers is 40V. The wide range input of VDDI from 3V to 18V makes the driver suitable for analog and digital controller interfaces, and all power voltage pins have undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection function.
SLMi823x offers SOP16W packaging and can provide 5kVRMS isolation and voltage resistance.
The ultra-high CMTI, low transmission delay, small package, and flexible configuration make SLMi823x very suitable as an isolation driver for MOSFET/IGBT, SiC, and GaN field-effect transistors.
