SLM421A series
42V, 15mA-200mA dual channel linear constant current LED driver chip with PWM dimming function
The SLM421A series products are LED driver chips used to generate dual channel, high-precision constant current sources, which are simple and easy to use in LED lighting products that require dimming and color adjustment.
SLM421A features a wide input voltage range, high output accuracy, ultra-low drop out voltage drop, and excellent linear/load adjustment rate, ensuring high-quality lighting driving in dimming and color adjustment applications such as bubble lights, ceiling lights, line lights, and luminous characters. In most applications, SLM421A only requires a resistor to be connected from SET to GND for each driver to set the output current of each channel separately. In addition, SLM421A also supports independent PWM dimming in the frequency range of 100Hz to 20kHz for each channel, and can achieve a dimming depth of 1024:1 under 100Hz conditions. The over temperature protection function of SLM421A activates the linear current reduction function when the chip junction temperature reaches 135 ℃, thereby reducing system power consumption without causing LED flicker. The anti-static protection design of SLM421A can ensure the safety of the entire lighting system in design, installation, and application.
Each channel has a current output of 15mA-200mA, and the current value can be set through an external resistor
