60V, 10mA-50mA single channel linear constant current LED driver chip
The SLM561A series products are LED driver chips used to generate single channel, high-precision Constant Current Regulators (CCRs), providing cost-effective constant current solutions for various LED lighting applications. SLM561A adopts transistor self bias technology, which can maintain constant current output within an ultra wide operating voltage range. The output current of SLM561A adopts a negative temperature coefficient design. Under high voltage or high current operating conditions, when the chip junction temperature reaches 135 ° C, the current reduction function is activated to prevent the chip from overheating and causing LED flashing. SLM561A adopts SOD123 packaging, which does not require any peripheral devices and can be applied at any position in the LED light string, making it very simple and easy to use. The working voltage of up to 60V and the surge resistant design enable SLM561A to meet various automotive, industrial, and commercial lighting applications.
The anti-static protection design of SLM561A can ensure the safety of the entire lighting system in design, installation, and application.
