600V 200mA/350mA high-voltage three-phase half bridge driver chip
SLM2136 is a high-voltage, high-speed three-phase power MOSFET and IGBT driver. Adopting proprietary high-voltage integrated circuits and latch immune CMOS technology, providing a reliable single-chip driver solution. The logic input level is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs and supports a minimum of 3.3V logic. By detecting the current on the external current resistance, the overcurrent protection function can turn off all outputs. Enable pins to simultaneously control the opening or closing of 6 outputs. Provide fault signals indicating overcurrent or undervoltage shutdown when the drain is open. After external programming delay connected to the RCIN input RC network, the overcurrent fault condition is automatically cleared. The output driver has a high pulse current buffer stage to reduce driver cross conduction. Delay matching is very convenient to apply to high-frequency devices. Floating channels can be used to drive N-type channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs with high edge configurations, and the operating voltage can reach up to 600V.
